Bokaro (Jharkhand): Facing an arrest warrant in an assault case pending for years, JMM MLA Jagannath Mahato has surrendered before a local court here. Rejecting his bail petition, the Judicial Magistrate (first class), Dinesh Kumar Mishra, sent him to judicial custody. Mahato represents Dumri Assembly constituency.
