Man murdered

A four-member armed gang murdered a 35-year-old man near Sandaipettai off Kamarajar Salai on Sunday afternoon.

Police said that the victim was yet to be identified, but it is suspected that he may have been killed by the armed gang due to some previous enmity. After committing the crime, the gang fled in an auto rickshaw. Teppakulam police have registered a case of murder. The body has been sent to the Government Rajaji Hospital for post-mortem. Further investigation is on.
