Funds for office buildings

Tuticorin: Collector R. Palaniyandi said Rs. 55 lakh was earmarked for Regional Transport Office and Rs.17 lakh for Revenue Division Office at Tiruchendur.

Construction of a judicial combined court building will begin at Rs.7.65 lakh and Judicial Judge quarters at Rs.123 lakh.

Medical College Hospital to accommodate 500 beds and an outpatient block would be built at Rs.1, 709.22 lakh. A sum of Rs. 60 lakh was spent on constructing an additional circuit house with five suits here.

P. Selvaraj, Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, was present.
