Terminal benefit for MCD employees

NEW DELHI: Municipal Commissioner K. S. Mehra distributed terminal benefit payments to 112 municipal employees who retired on Tuesday on attaining the age of superannuation. Mr. Mehra said the scheme of payment of terminal benefits was implemented from June 2008 and would continue. “Ninety-nine per cent of the employees who retired today got their terminal benefits,” he added.
