Slaughterhouses closed tomorrow

In view of the Gandhi jayanthi celebrations on October 2, the slaughter and sale of meat will be banned on that day. The medical and health officer said that the meat and fish shops should be closed on this day. Those found guilty of violating this would be liable for action under the law, he said.
