Revoked

BANGALORE: The Karnataka Administrative Tribunal (KAT) has struck down the suspension of officials who have been kept under suspension for more than three months following Lokayukta raids. The KAT order came on Wednesday following a bunch of applications made before the tribunal by the officials whose homes were raided by Lokayukta after which they were kept under suspension. The officials had cited an order of Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms that had barred the officials from being kept under suspension for over three months. Officials from various departments appealed to the tribunal to quash their suspensions. — Staff Reporter
