Ex-MP challenged to prove charge

Belgaum: The Bharatiya Janata Party leader, Suresh C. Angadi, MP, has challenged the Congress leader and former MP Amarsinh Patil to prove the charges of financial irregularities in the Bellary Nala (desilting) project.

Mr. Angadi, who took presspersons to a select site of the Bellary nala project on Wednesday, offered to face any probe if Mr. Patil or the Congress leaders in the district moved the Lokayukta with evidence to substantiate their charges.
