Short-term course on food safety

NEW DELHI: Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women and the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Career Oriented Programme (CECOP) along with the Quality Council of India have organised a two-week workshop on “Food Safety” for students. The workshop was inaugurated by Girdhar Gyani, secretary-general of Quality Council of India. Under- scoring the importance of fo-od safety, he said the Council had been entrusted with the task of pursuing “Mission India: Quality India” through a nationwide campaign.
