At least 30 per cent of patients should be treated free of cost considering their poorness. They (doctors) should not be a cause for more diseases to the patients by collecting high treatment cost. Mr. Kalam said the country was marching towards providing good health care to the people. Quality health care must be available for all sections of people at cheaper fee structure.
