Training programme

CHENNAI: A five-day training programme for retired teachers and government officers willing to become tourist guides was inaugurated by State Tourism and Culture Department Secretary V. Irai Anbu here on Friday.

It is being organised by the Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation in association with the Anna Institute of Management. TTDC chairman Sanwat Ram and Commissioner of Tourism and Managing Director of TTDC M. Rajaram participated. — Special Correspondent
