The salaries – of attendant to accountant – range from Rs. 1,500 to Rs.2,500 per month. Though the association represented to the Minister and officials concerned many times no action was taken, he said. Memorandum
He added that recently the association submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister with a charter of eight demands which included implementation of wage commission scales, scrapping of Section 116(C) because as per the section even advances paid against salaries were being shown to auditors as “dues” in the employees’ registers. Another demand was to extend voluntary retirement scheme on par with DCCB employees to PACS also. B. Ramu Naidu, general secretary and others were present.
