Youth killed in road accident

KRISHNAGIRI: A youth was killed in a road accident, near Krishnagiri, on Friday. Gajendran hailing from Nedumaruthi village and his friend Mathivanan were travelling on a bike on Hosur National Highway when a tipper lorry hit the bike from behind at Kummanur junction, near Kuruparapalli. Gajendran died on the spot. Mathivanan has been admitted to Krishnagiri Government hospital.
