PUDUCHERRY: Activists of the Puducherry unit of the Communist Party of India on Saturday observed a dawn-to-dusk fast here demanding a political solution to the ethnic problem in Sri Lanka. Among others, leaders of the Puducherry Munnetra Congress, Communist Party of India (Marxist), Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam and Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi extended support to the demands of the CPI on the issue.
