School property attached

New Delhi: A Delhi court has directed a divisional commissioner to attach the property of a school, run by Congress MLA Jai Kishan, for its failure to pay compensation to a man injured by its bus in a road mishap.

The court passed this direction while hearing an application of accident victim Devi Das .
