Nalco gesture to flood-hit

BHUBANESWAR: National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) on Saturday extended medical relief to the flood-affected people in coastal Orissa by sending a team of doctors and paramedical staff to examine and provide medical relief at various places of Banki, Delanga and Kanasa blocks.

The medical team examined some 2,000 patients in these areas and distributed medicines and mineral water bottles worth Rs. 2 lakh, a company release said here.
