KOCHI: M.P. Sukumaran Nair who assumed charge as the special secretary of the Kerala Chief Minister was accorded a reception by the Maharajas College Special B.Sc. Old Students Forum. K.K. Vijayakumar, former additional Chief Secretary, presided. M.K. Mukunadan, director of the Central Institute of Fisheries technology and P.C. John, chief general manager, Federal Bank, were among those who spoke.
