Kanchi seer to install idol

Jagadguru Sankaracharya of Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham Sri Jayendra Saraswati will install the Adyadi Sree Mahalakshmi Ammavaru idol in the temple constructed under the guidance of Sadguru Sivananda Murthy at Anandavanam in Bheemunipatnam on Thursday.

The function will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and the idol will be installed at 12 noon on the auspicious occasion of Asweeyuja Suddha Dasami (Vijayadasami) with the ruling star of Sravanam during Dhanurlagnam.
