SC commission director’s visit

Kakinada: Director of National Commission of Scheduled Castes V. Elisha is scheduled to visit the district on October 15 and 16. He will reach Rajahmundry at 10.45 a.m. and review the implementation of welfare schemes for Scheduled Castes at a meeting at 2.30 p.m. He will meet SC associations at 11 a.m. at the ONGC base complex on October 16 and discuss with the ONGC management about implementation of reservation for SCs at 12 noon the same day. He will leave for Visakhapatnam later.
