RYF demand

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The RYF has asked the government to convene a meeting of youth organisations to discuss the PSC proposal to change the basic qualification for government jobs. In a statement on Friday, its office-bearers urged the government not to implement the proposal in a hurry as it would affect thousands who sought admission to vocational courses after clearing the SSLC and higher secondary examinations. — Special Correspondent
