S. Kumars to buy Italian fabrics firm

NEW DELHI: Textile and apparel company S. Kumars on Friday said it has finalised a deal for buying Italian high- value shirting fabric enterprise Leggiuno for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition will be effected through

S. Kumars’ wholly-owned Italian subsidiary SKNL Italy. Leggiuno is a hundred-year old firm and is considered among the top three companies in the Italian shirting fabrics business.
