KOZHIKODE: City Police Commissioner Anup Kuruvilla John inaugurated the stage events of the CBSE Malabar Sahodaya Kalotsav at the Dayapuram Residential School here on Saturday. Nearly 2,000 students from CBSE schools in Kozhikode, Wayanad and Malappuram districts are participating. Sahodaya Malabar region president Mariam Gboy Tharyan presided over the inaugural function. The results of some of the stage items in the order of first and second places: Classical music: (for classes 5, 6 and 7) Joel Abraham, Nirmala Matha Public School, Sulthan Bathery; Sreenath P., Devagiri CMI Public School, Kozhikode. Violin: (for classes 8, 9 and 10) Sajna K.S., Amrita Vidyalayam, Tanur; Roshan Tankachan, Silver Hills School, Kozhikode. Tabla: (for classes 8, 9 and 10) Akhil Raj, Vedavyasa Vidyalaya Malaparamba, Kozhikode; Suhail Mohammed, Airport School, Kozhikode Airport. Kuchipudi (for classes 8, 9 and 10): Aiswarya Sudhakaran, Silver Hills School, Kozhikode; Agnimithra T., Airport School, Kozhikode.
