Sankaranarayanan to release film

KOZHIKODE: K. Sankaranarayanan, Governor of Nagaland, will release the docu-fiction film on Chaliyar river, ‘Chaliyarinte Ithihasam,’ at a function here on Monday. The film produced by Vazhakkad grama panchayat was directed by P.V. Haseeb Rahman.

The film gives one an impression of taking a boat ride from the origin of the river and watching the beautiful scenery all through the course of the river, K.O. Ali, president of the grama panchayat, told reporters here on Friday. – Staff Reporter
