Russia has granted 400 million roubles credit to the United Arab Republic in connection with the Aswan Dam scheme, Mr. Nikita Khrushchev announced on October 23. Mr. Khrushchev was speaking in the Kremlin at a reception in honour of Field Marshal Abdel Hakim Amer, Vice-President of the United Arab Republic, Tass reported.
