The glitter is missing

With the rush for gold before Deepavali festivities registering an all time low this year, traders are crying foul over the current market scenario.

Fluctuating gold prices have made buyers think twice before stepping into a jewellery showroom, especially when its demand is high during Dhanteras, which is celebrated before Deepavali.

Moreover, stores which offer special discounts on gold jewellery at this time have not seen their sales catapult either. To sum it up, fireworks this time may not be so attractive for traders.
