NSS students to attend training for R-Day

PUDUCHERRY: Four students of the National Service Scheme here will attend a selection-cum-training camp for Republic Day parade in Thiruvananthapuram from October 31. According to a press release, A.J. Mohammad Nasser of Kolping Matric Higher Secondary School, G. Sengottuven of Mother Theresa Higher Secondary School, R. Sankari of Thiruvalluvar Higher Secondary School and G. Leenakumari of Annai Sivakami Higher Secondary School would take part in the 10-day camp.

They would represent Puducherry at the Republic Day parade on January 26 in Delhi, the release said.
