KOTTAYAM: Leaders of various Kerala Congress factions outside the LDF met here on Tuesday to give a final touch to their unity moves. Speaking to mediapersons, leaders K.M Mani, R. Balakrishna Pillai, T.M Jacob and P.C George, said the decision on the complexion of the district level units would be decided in November.
