Plea to regularise TTD contract lecturers
TIRUPATI: A round-table organised here on Wednesday with district leaders of all the political parties, including the ruling Congress participating, has unanimously demanded the immediate regularisation of the services of those who are working as ‘contract lecturers’ in the TTD-run colleges here.
The leaders regretted that the TTD authorities was dragging its feet on the issue though the Trust Board had already passed a resolution to this effect. We only want the TTD management to implement the decision of the Trust Board, they said and promised their continued support to the on-going stir.
V. Balasubramanyam, MLC (graduates constituency), Naveen Kumar Reddy (Congress), K. Kumar Reddy (CPI-M) attended the meeting.
