DEHRA DUN: M.M. Ghildiyal, former Judge of Uttarakhand High Court and founder director of the Uttarakhand Judicial and Legal Academy will be sworn in as the second Lok Ayukt by the Governor, B.L. Joshi at the Raj Bhawan here on November 1. Justice Ghildiyal replaces S.H.A. Raza who retired this past week, a Raj Bhawan communiqué said on Thursday.
