Names to be announced by tomorrow

Staff Reporter

NEW DELHI: The Bharatiya Janata Party is expected to come out with its list of candidates for the Delhi Assembly elections by Saturday. Delhi BJP president Harsh Vardhan said on Thursday that the party would either announce the names after the meeting of the Central Election Committee on Friday afternoon or at the most on Saturday.

Incidentally, a meeting of senior BJP and Shiromani Akali Dal leaders is also scheduled for Friday on finalisation of seat sharing. While on three seats, both the parties have already agreed, they are discussing the prospects of going for adjustments in three other seats as well.
