Workshop for government doctors

MALAPPURAM: The district unit of the Kerala Government Medical Officers Association (KGMOA) will organise a day-long workshop for the doctors here on Sunday. District Medical Officer (DMO) Dr. Noorul Ameen will inaugurate the continuing medical education (CME) programme at Grace Hotel here on Sunday morning. Experts will lead classes on such subjects as office administration, law and medicine, national rural health mission, and health insurance. Government doctors who retired from the service in recent months will be honoured in the afternoon, said Dr. U. Babu, secretary of the association. —Staff Reporter
