Awareness rally

MADURAI: As a part of their social service activities, National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets took out a rally creating awareness about the adverse impact plastic has on the environment.

Assembling at Tamukkam Grounds early in the day, the cadets marched enthusiastically through American College, Government Rajaji Hospital and concluded at the Madurai Medical College.

The cadets also held placards and banners containing messages against the use of plastic.
