dated November 4, 1958: Reply to Pak threats

Bakshi Ghulam Mohammed, Prime Minister of Kashmir, presiding over the 653rd urs of Hazrat Nizamuddin Aulia in New Delhi on November 2, said that India was not afraid of threats from whatever quarters they came and would treat them with the indifference they deserved. He said, “We have heard plenty of threats in the past. They should not worry us and we should go ahead in the great task of national reconstruction to which we have pledged ourselves.”
