Police-public meet held

KORAPUT: Police is a friend of the common man and there is no reason why one should fear them, said Sanjiv Panda , DIG, South West Region while attending a police-public meeting at Dhabaput under Padwa PS in Koraput district.

The government was keen on providing opportunities for tribal youth and they should come forward in getting the required minimum education level so as to join the force, he said.
