Kanpur: A man hailing from Bihar, who was on the lookout for his alleged involvement in illegal arms trade, was arrested here on Sunday and nearly 450 cartridges were recovered from him. Sunil Kumar, arrested from Chakeri, belonged to Bihar Sharif and was staying here for over 15 years, Senior Superintendent of Police Hari Ram Sharma said. He was wanted by Bihar Police on suspect that he could be in alliance with a group supplying arms and ammunition to Naxalites, Mr. Sharma said.
