Naxalite surrenders

Chittoor: K. Lakshmi Reddy Superintendent of Police has presented a cheque for Rs. 2 lakh to the surrendered naxalite Munemma alias Latha alias Jyothi of Srikalahasti under rehabilitation scheme. Addressing a press conference here on Monday he said that she was worked in ‘Kalinga dhalam’ for 15 years and held several posts. The surrendered Women naxalite told that there are three naxalites who are willing to surrender to the police due to illness. -Correspondent
