Water level up in reservoirs

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: As per the latest statistics released by the Central Water Commission the Water levels of Idukki, Kallada and Idamalayar reservoirs have increased during the period from October 20 to November 3. In Idukki reservoir the water level increased by 1.48 ft., in Kallada by 0.92 ft. and in Idamalayar by 3.15 ft. The water level of Idukki, Kallada and Idamalayar reservoirs stood at 2358.74 ft., 377.95 ft., and 504.13 ft. respectively compared to the same period last year, the water levels were low in all the three reservoirs. —Special Correspondent
