Appointed Railway tribunal member

Kochi: N.S. Gopakumar, secretary, Bar Council of Kerala, has been appointed judicial member of the Railway Claims Tribunal, Patna. Mr. Gopakumar secured his LLB from the Government Law Academy Law College, Thiruvananthapuram, and started practice in 1986. He was later appointed the secretary of the Bar Council of Kerala. — Special Correspondent
