Bangalore: The Qatar-based Kannada Sangha and the Mangalore-based Hrudayavahini daily will hold a five-day Vishwa Kannada Samskruti Sammelan from November 19 at Doha. President of Qatar Kannada Sangha Aravind Patil told presspersons here on Friday that noted playwright and MLC Chanadrashekhara had been selected to chair the event. Seminars and cultural fetes would mark the five-day event, he added. —Special Correspondent
