BEML declares final dividend
Bangalore: BEML Ltd. has declared 65 per cent final dividend on its share capital for the 2007-08 in addition to the interim dividend of 55 per cent already paid by the company during March this year. According to a press release, the dividend warrant amounting to Rs. 14.62 crore was presented to Defence Minister A.K. Antony by BEML Chairman and Managing Director V.R.S. Natarajan in New Delhi on Friday. This dividend is against the 54.03 per cent of the share capital held by the Centre in the company. With this payment, BEML has paid Rs. 27 crore to the Centre for the 2007-08 fiscal.
