Yoga camp
Andhra University’s Institute of Yoga and Consciousness is organising a 40-day special Yoga camp for persons with type II diabetes on its premises on the Beach Road here.
Patients in the 30-60 years age group who are diabetic for less than five years and on oral medication can attend the camp. A special sequence of Aasanas and Pranayama tested in the previous camps and were found successful would be taught to manage and control diabetes, Director of the institute K. Madhu said in a press release on Monday. The camp is being conducted to confirm the findings of the previous camps.
