‘RTC stir inevitable’

KADAPA: Strike by APSRTC staff is inevitable if the management fails to respond to workers’ problems, National Mazdoor Union leaders warned here on Tuesday. Speaking at the six-day-old relay hunger strike camp before RTC depot manager’s office here, NMU regional chairman T.P. Rao and secretary P.V. Siba Reddy demanded improvement in condition of buses, stoppage of alleged harassment of bus drivers and cut in wages on the ground of absenteeism. –Special Correspondent
