‘Pollution affects eyes’

BHIMAVARAM: Environ-mental pollution will adversely impact eyes too, says M. Bapi Raju, eye specialist in MGM Medical Trust Eye Hospital.

Speaking to newsmen here, Dr. Raju said dumping of plastic material on roads and around residential colonies would lead to eye infections, besides causing drastic changes in lens metabolism.
