“Haryana committed to providing employment-generating education”

CHANDIGARH: The Member of Parliament from Rohtak, Deepender Singh Hooda, said on Tuesday that the Haryana Government was committed to providing “advanced employment-generating, technical and vocational education” to the youth so that they could carve out a special niche for themselves. Inaugurating the north block of a Model School in Jhajjar, he said his father, Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, was focusing on widespread development of education in Haryana and giving impetus to education of the fairer sex. Also, several educational institutions had been upgraded to the level of universities and the Rajiv Gandhi Education City was coming up at Kundli in Sonipat district. Sanskrit Schools were being opened for students belonging to rural areas , he added.
