The editorial “Rewriting cricket equations” (Nov. 11) rightly observed that the difference between the two sides, India and Australia, was the fast bowling. Indeed, it is a declining curve for Australians (especially after the retirement of nonpareil Glenn McGrath). To win the Test series against Australia, it was important for Team India to click consistently in all departments of the game.
