Competitions on World Diabetes Day

The SVR Sugar Hospital Guntur will organise several competitions on Friday for people interested in knowing more about blood sugar, ways to prevent it or manage the condition.

One of the three competitions is ‘cooking healthy food’ which is key to healthy eating habits and more so if you are diabetic or have history in your family.

How to cook tasty food with low calories would also be explained by diabetologist V.V. Ramkumar.
