New packages from Dish TV

New Delhi: Zee group-promoted DTH platform Dish TV on Saturday announced new value-enhanced packages for its subscribers.

In the new offerings, the DTH market leader has given options of two packages, said the company in a release. In the first option, new customers can buy Set-top Boxes (STBs) for Rs.1,490 and get a choice to select multiple packs, ranging from Rs.99 to Rs.275 per month.

In the second plan, Dish TV is offering a combo pack of Rs.2,090, in which customers can get STB, along with its platinum pack for three months offering 165 channels. However, the customers would have to pay Rs.200 extra towards installation, the company said.

Besides, Dish TV also announced four-tiered packages -- Silver, Gold, Diamond and Platinum -- aiming to provide entertainment options at every price level. These packages are priced at Rs.111, Rs.180, Rs.247 and Rs.309 and would respectively show 110, 125, 140 and 165 channels, the company said.
