Anna qualifies

KANNUR: Anna (Chennai) beat MG (Kottayam) 25-22, 25-14, 25-20 and entered the semifinals of the South-West Zone inter-university women’s volleyball championship here on Saturday. Anna, thus, also qualified for the All-India event.

The results (quarterfinals): Anna bt MG (Kottayam) 25-22, 25-14, 25-20; Kannur bt RDV (Jabalpur) 25-12, 25-20, 25-17; Madras bt Bharathiar 25-12, 25-6, 25-12.
