Congress will sweep polls, say leaders

MAHABUBNAGAR: Several leaders who addressed a public meeting here on Sunday organized by the District Congress Committee to felicitate S. Jagadeeshwar Reddy and Laxmi Narayana who were appointed vice president and general secretary respectively in the recently constituted Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) expressed their confidence that Congress party will sweep the ensuing elections and called upon the party cadre to work unitedly.

Minister for Rural Development G.Chinna Reddy said that people were attracted towards the various developmental and welfare programmes taken up by Congress government. The DS and YS combination will once again sweep the ensuing elections he said amidst cheers from the audience.

MP from Mahabubnagar D.Vittal Rao was confident that the Congress party will capture all the 14 Assembly seats in the district including – Nagarkurnool won by Nagam Janardhan Reddy.
