Prime Minister Nehru, in his address to the meeting of the Congress Parliamentary Party on the eve of the winter session of Parliament in New Delhi on November 16, said the situation in Pakistan where under military dictatorship everything depended on the whims and fancies of one or two individuals “required careful watching.” He added: “We need not be complacent and at the same time we need not be worried.”
