VISAKHAPATNAM: A Thai Food Festival is on at Hotel Dolphin here. The festival that began at Horizon Restaurant on Wednesday will continue till Sunday, according to General Manager V. Rajendra Prasad. The menu will be available a la carte from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Thais have refined their unique cuisine which is characterised by the contrasting flavours of sharp citrus lime leaves and lemon grass, hot chillies, ginger and sour tamarind, often brought together and mellowed by creamy coconut milk, according to Pankaj Kumar, Executive Chef.
